The Training Collective (TTC)Photo, Video, Audio, and Testimonial Release

1. Optional Authorization

I am the participant, if age 18 or older, or the parent/legal guardian of the minor participant identified above. I grant The Training Collective LLC ("TTC") and its authorized employees, coaches, contractors, photographers, videographers, approved partners, agents, successors, and assigns permission to photograph, record, and capture the participant’s image, likeness, voice, name, athletic activity, and statements in connection with TTC programs, camps, events, training sessions, and facilities.

2. Permitted Uses

Subject to the selections below, TTC may edit, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, and use approved materials for:

• TTC’s website and social media accounts.
• Digital and print advertising and promotional materials.
• Program announcements, camp recaps, newsletters, presentations, and facility displays.
• Educational, coaching, and training-related content.
• Media relations and community-outreach materials.
• TTC’s historical archive and portfolio.

TTC may crop, resize, caption, combine, or make reasonable edits, provided the use is not defamatory, misleading, or unlawful. TTC will use reasonable efforts to portray participants in a positive and respectful manner.

3. No Compensation or Ownership Interest

I understand that I will not receive compensation, royalties, approval rights, or an ownership interest in the resulting materials. TTC will own the recordings and materials it creates, subject to any rights retained by a third-party photographer or content provider.

4. Privacy and Identifying Information

TTC will use reasonable judgment when publishing content involving minors. Unless separately authorized or operationally necessary, TTC should avoid publishing sensitive personal information such as a minor’s full date of birth, home address, medical information, personal contact details, or school schedule.

TTC may identify the participant by first name, first name and last initial, team/club, age group, or general program affiliation as selected or separately approved. Full name identification of a minor should require specific approval.

5. Release

To the extent permitted by law, I release TTC and its authorized representatives from claims arising from the authorized capture and use of the materials, including claims involving privacy, publicity, or portrayal, except for uses outside the scope of this authorization or conduct that cannot legally be released.

6. Duration and Withdrawal

This authorization remains in effect until withdrawn in writing. I may withdraw permission for future uses by contacting [email protected]. Withdrawal will not require TTC to recall, destroy, or discontinue materials already printed, published, distributed, incorporated into completed projects, or provided to third parties before TTC received and processed the withdrawal.

TTC will use reasonable efforts to stop new use of the participant’s identifiable image after a valid withdrawal request.

7. Voluntary Choice

Photo/video permission is voluntary and is not a condition of participation, except that incidental appearance in wide-angle crowd, facility, or event footage may be difficult to prevent. TTC should provide a reasonable method for families who decline to identify themselves to staff before activities where recording is planned.
