The Training Collective (TTC)Website Terms of Use
Effective Date: October 18, 2026
Last Updated: October 18, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of TheTrainingCollectiveHQ.com and any related online account, form, content, or service operated by The Training Collective LLC ("TTC," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the website, creating an account, or submitting information, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
1. Adult Use and Authority
The website’s account, registration, and inquiry features are intended for adults aged 18 or older. A parent or legal guardian must create an account and submit information on behalf of a minor athlete.
By submitting information about a minor, you represent that you are the minor’s parent or legal guardian, or otherwise have legal authority to act for the minor and provide the requested permissions.
2. Website Purpose
The website provides general information about TTC, its coaches, training programs, camps, events, game analysis, team training, field rental opportunities, and related services. Website content is informational and does not guarantee availability, placement, selection, playing time, athletic improvement, scholarships, recruitment, roster opportunities, or any particular result.
Specific services may be subject to additional agreements, waivers, registration terms, schedules, pricing, cancellation policies, and facility rules.
3. Accounts
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for activity under your account.
You may not share an account in a manner that compromises security, impersonate another person, create an account for fraudulent purposes, or access another user’s information without authorization.
TTC may suspend or terminate an account if it reasonably believes the account is being misused, contains materially inaccurate information, creates a safety or security risk, or violates these Terms.
4. Registration and Program Availability
Submitting an inquiry, intake form, or account registration does not guarantee acceptance into a program, a particular coach, a specific training group, a schedule, field availability, or a spot in a camp or event.
TTC may organize participants by age, ability, position, training objective, safety considerations, coach availability, or other operational factors. TTC may change, combine, reschedule, relocate, or cancel sessions or programs when reasonably necessary.
5. Fees and Payment
Fees, billing schedules, deposits, membership terms, and payment methods will be disclosed during registration or in a separate agreement. You agree to pay all authorized charges and applicable taxes.
Payments may be handled by a third-party processor and may be subject to that provider’s terms. TTC’s Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to cancellations, missed sessions, credits, and refunds.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or networks.
- Introduce malware, automated scraping tools, or disruptive code.
- Interfere with website operation or another person’s use.
- Copy, republish, sell, or exploit website content except as expressly permitted.
- Submit false, misleading, infringing, defamatory, or unlawful content.
- Collect information about other users without authorization.
- Use TTC’s name, logo, coach identities, photographs, or materials in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without written permission.
7. Intellectual Property
The website and its text, graphics, logos, design, photographs, videos, downloads, and other content are owned by TTC or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
TTC grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes. No ownership rights are transferred.
8. User Submissions
If you submit feedback, testimonials, written materials, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s rights. TTC may use operational feedback to improve its services. Public use of a participant’s name, image, voice, testimonial, or likeness will be governed by a separate authorization where appropriate.
9. Privacy
TTC’s Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the Privacy Policy.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may link to or integrate with third-party services, including Instagram, Google, payment processors, scheduling platforms, mapping services, and other providers. TTC does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
11. No Professional Advice
Website content is not medical, legal, financial, recruiting, or professional career advice. Participants and parents should consult qualified professionals concerning health conditions, injuries, legal rights, eligibility rules, recruiting decisions, or other specialized matters.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ONLINE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TTC DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
TTC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR ATHLETIC, RECRUITING, EDUCATIONAL, OR BUSINESS RESULT WILL OCCUR.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TTC AND ITS OWNERS, COACHES, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM WEBSITE USE.
TTC’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT THE USER PAID TTC FOR THE ONLINE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR $100, EXCEPT WHERE A DIFFERENT LIMIT IS REQUIRED BY LAW.
This section concerns website use and does not replace the separate participation waiver applicable to physical training or events.
14. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TTC and its owners, coaches, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit, except to the extent caused by TTC’s own unlawful conduct.
15. Suspension and Termination
TTC may restrict or terminate website access for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, security concerns, threats, harassment, or conduct that may harm TTC, participants, staff, or third parties.
16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by Ohio law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not subject to a separate signed agreement will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Franklin County, Ohio, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
17. Changes to These Terms
TTC may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
